GINZA YOSHIMIZU provides tradional Japanese home-cooked dinners.

We're particular about food and ingredients.

We use organic vegetables, natural pork, chicken and fish of the season.

As well, we never use chemical seasoning.

We use only the seasoning (miso, soy sauce, and so on) made by traditional way.

We cook carefully in order to  keep delicious ingredients alive.
